A clear guide to enquiries, monthly payments and the arrangements to confirm with Dave before booking. Updated 21 October 2026.
Sending an experience-day request, Academy interest form or general enquiry does not take a payment or automatically confirm a place. The team will discuss availability, driver suitability, equipment and the costs for your chosen service before agreeing the booking. For under-18s, a parent or guardian should make the arrangements.
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month. Shared team expenses are excluded from monthly package prices and charged separately. We will explain the expected arrangements and charges for your programme before you join.
The Monthly Deals page sets out the two-weekend and unlimited-weekend inclusions. Both require the driver's own chassis and engine(s); mechanics, entry fees and tyres are separate.
The published Academy programme runs for 12 months at £489 per month, plus a £199 one-off registration fee. That is £6,067 in programme and registration fees before any separately agreed charges. The programme includes at least 12 test days across the year.
Kart, engine, fuel, mechanic and tyres are supplied for Academy test days. Circuit fees must be confirmed with Dave before joining, and shared team expenses are additional. Progression, access to PF International and readiness for racing are assessed by the coaches. Race-day packages are arranged and priced separately from the included test days.

The experience-day rate is £350 per day plus separate circuit fees; damages are not included. Confirm driver suitability, circuit fees and cancellation arrangements with Dave before committing.
Where Stripe checkout is offered, the full £350 is taken at checkout. Payment does not confirm the booking: Dave must approve it separately. A paid booking remains awaiting approval until you receive confirmation. Card details are entered on Stripe, not stored by DER. A booking request or enquiry sent without checkout does not take a payment.
For PAYG support, the published £140 daily team fee applies to MSUK club rounds. Mechanic fees, entry or track fees, tyres, fuel, parts, hire, shared expenses and other services are separate where required. The PAYG pricing page explains the individual charges and payment timing.
If Dave declines a paid experience-day booking, DER will refund the full £350 payment. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; your bank's processing time may vary.
Contact Dave as soon as possible if you need to change a booking or cannot attend. Before a booking or programme is agreed, we will confirm the applicable minimum commitment, payment arrangements, cancellation or rescheduling rules, and how missed or weather-affected days are handled.
These arrangements can depend on the service, event and circuit. Please ask for them with your booking details rather than assuming a missed day is automatically refundable or transferable.
