Start with the daily team fee, add a mechanic if you need one, then choose the services that fit your plans. Here's what each part costs and when it's paid.
01 / Your Daily Support
Published 2026 rates. The team fee below applies to MSUK club rounds. Talk to us about your chosen event so we can confirm the arrangements and any additional costs before you book.
Included in your team fee
Mechanics, race entries, tyres, fuel, parts and additional services are separate.
How it works
02 / Additional Services
These charges are separate from the daily team fee. The unit beside each price tells you whether it applies per day, event or month.
03 / Your Overall Budget
Race entry and test-day track fees are separate. Tyres are ordered and paid for before the meeting, with 5% below retail available through the team where offered.
Team travel, fuel and hotel expenses are split equally across the drivers at each event. These sit outside the daily team fee.
Drivers own their kart, engines and spare parts unless hire is arranged. The team can carry parts if needed, with discounted purchasing where available. Teamwear is expected at race events.
Support where it matters
04 / Payment
Tyres are ordered and paid for before the event.
The £150 daily mechanic fee is paid directly to the mechanic. Accommodation and expenses are additional where incurred.
Parts used, kart and engine hire, sticker kits and transportation are invoiced after the event where applicable.
We'll confirm payment arrangements for team fees, shared expenses and any other agreed services when planning your event.
