Depending on the form you use, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the driver's name, experience, preferred circuit, event and the message you send. The Academy interest form also allows you to provide the driver's age. Please share only what is relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive information through a general form.
For drivers under 18, a parent or guardian should make the enquiry. Booking requests and their status are stored so the team can manage availability and follow up with you.
We use your details to answer questions, discuss suitable services, manage requested bookings and communicate about agreed arrangements. This includes taking steps at your request before a booking and delivering services you agree with us. We also use limited technical information, including IP addresses, submission times and delivery logs, for our legitimate interest in protecting the forms against abuse and resolving delivery problems.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not use these forms for automated decisions about a driver's eligibility; the team discusses suitability with you.
Details are used by DER staff who need them to answer your enquiry or arrange your support. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to run the website and deliver correspondence. We share relevant arrangements with coaches, mechanics or event providers only where needed for the service you request.
If information must be shared beyond routine enquiry handling, ask Dave how it will be used before proceeding. We do not sell enquiry details.
We keep enquiry information while handling your request and any related follow-up. Booking and payment records may need to be retained longer to administer the service, resolve queries and meet record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on whether you only enquire, go on to book, or have an ongoing programme with us. You can ask Dave about the records held for you and request deletion where applicable.
Experience-day booking uses an essential session cookie for form security and booking messages. Abuse-prevention records help limit repeated submissions. When Stripe checkout is offered, we share the booking reference, selected event and payer email with Stripe to process the payment. Card details are entered directly on Stripe; DER stores payment references, amounts, payment/refund status and booking approval records, not full card details. See Stripe's privacy notice.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts that service to display them. Links to Instagram, scholarship websites and other external services have their own privacy arrangements when you visit them.
Online Teamwear ordering is currently paused. No payment is requested through the temporary Teamwear information page.
