Staff Structure
Dave Edwards Racing is run by people who understand the pressure of race weekends. From planning and paddock organisation to coaching and driver feedback, the team is built to give drivers the right support at the right moment.
Dave leads the team direction, standards and long-term driver support. His role is to make sure the team stays organised, professional and focused on giving every driver the environment they need to progress.
Leadership
Jared manages the race weekend operation, helping keep the paddock, schedule and team communication moving properly from first session to final.
OperationsOwen supports driver development with track feedback, session review and practical coaching aimed at building pace and confidence.
Harrison works with drivers on racecraft, decision-making and consistency, helping convert preparation into stronger race performances.
Hamish adds another layer of coaching support as an ADAC GT4 driver who also competed in the Radical SR3 Series in 2025, helping drivers understand lap time, race approach and weekend progression.
